An event country music fans won’t want to miss: CMA Fest

CMAfestival

Nashville is the country music capital of the world; it’s the city where many big names got their start.

Each year, country music fans from all over make their way to Nashville, pile in LP Field and enjoy four nights of non-stop country music at Nashville’s CMA Music Festival.

Those attending the largest country music festival in the world are never disappointed, as practically every country music star performs. This year’s lineup includes Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and more.

Originally launched in 1972 as “Fan Fair”, fans have been gathering for more than four decades for this ultimate country music experience.

Twenty-two-year-old Nashville native, Allie Russell, has attended eight years in a row and plans to keep the tradition going.

“CMA Festival is the perfect event to begin the summer. The weather isn’t too hot and the music and energy is so much fun,” Russell says. “Not only is the event a blast but being in Nashville provides even more places to extend the fun night into the town.”

Country music fans won’t want to miss this event that takes place June 6-9. Tickets are now available online at http://www.cmaworld.com/cma-music-festival/2013/home. Don’t forget your cowboy hat and get ready for four awesome nights of country music.
